Overview

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual On-Site Program Manager for our client in Greenfield, WI. This on-site role oversees the planning, implementation, and ongoing success of onsite operational and service plans in a warehouse facility. The Onsite Project Manager is responsible for onsite personnel selection, training and development, building rapport with key client contacts, and providing ongoing oversight and feedback to onsite staff.

This is an internal position with QPS Employment Group, Monday–Friday, 1st shift.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversees the daily activity of onsite staff to ensure an excellent experience for our client and our Associate Employees.
  • Selects, trains, and develops onsite staff through formal Training and Development Plans and regular one-on-one feedback sessions.
  • Develops strong rapport with key client contacts, including client entertainment such as meals and outside events.
  • Provides feedback to clients on operational improvements to enhance the onsite program’s success.
  • Develops strategic service plans in partnership with the RVP to improve day-to-day operations, reduce attrition, and engage Associates.
  • Assists in implementing client onboarding requirements, client orientations, and ongoing client feedback and review programs; administers and oversees the safety program in conjunction with the client’s safety program.
  • Travels to new onsite operations and assists in strategic planning, including mentoring and consultation for local staff.
  • Performs a full range of managerial responsibilities—interviewing, hiring, conducting feedback and coaching, planning, promoting the company’s core beliefs, directing work, EEO, performance management, budgeting.
  • Other duties as assigned.
