As an Assistant Manager in our Oil Change Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing our customers’ vehicles while supporting the Management Team in training and coaching employees, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing the day-to-day operations of the oil change center.

What you would do?
  • Vehicle Maintenance
    :
    Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks and replacements, and filter replacements.
  • Inspections
    :
    Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary services.
  • Leadership
    :
    Work with employees to coach and develop them, effectively delegating tasks, and upholding a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    :
    Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations
    :
    Help to manage the day-to-day operations from reports to inventory to maintaining the facility.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
  • On-time and reliable attendance
  • Have full mobility and the ability to work with hands above your head
  • Can stand for extended periods of time
  • Technical capacity
  • Lift boxes in excess of 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work some nights and weekends
  • Automotive Experience Required;
    Management Experience is Preferred
  • $16-20 per hour (DOE)
