Armed with training in our proven methodology and the knowledge gained as previous business leaders, Management Consultants customize solutions for our client’s existing people, processes and business environments to help them achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, quality, service and profitability.

This position requires 100% weekly, Sunday-Friday travel to designated project locations.

• Professionally service client organizations to solve business issues, create value, maximize growth and improve overall performance for sustainability
• Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to understand the environment for behavioral changes
• Gather, organize and analyze data regarding key business drivers to present information in a meaningful manner using metrics and analytics for organizational decision-making
• Understand client resource utilization to identify waste and provide operational and performance improvement opportunities
• Discuss organizational shortcomings with clients to provide valuable feedback and influence sustainable solutions
• Empower frontline accountability by guiding clients through self-exploration of their business segments and staff utilization
• Collaborate with frontline leaders daily to improve leadership and management behaviors
• Coach clients to approach business issues proactively to improve behaviors and efficiencies
• Assist with tool building or modification as needed
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively to enable project success

Travel and Per Diem

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Engineering
• Ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate collaboration
• Strong analytical, business acumen, leadership, and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings
