Senior Project Manager

Extension is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Pewaukee, WI.

• Lead multi-million dollar, ground-up construction projects from start to finish
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat and referral business through networking and professionalism
• Provide day-to-day direction and assignments for Assistant PM's, Project Managers, and Project Executives.
• Provide regular reporting on financials, budgets, schedules, field issues, and overall project status.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and coordination to keep projects on track
• Ensure clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders involved in the project

• Bachelors in Construction Management or related field
• Previous experience running multi-million dollar projects
• 8+ years of ground up commercial construction experience
• Experience with construction management software

• $145k-$168k + car allowance/gas reimbursement and profit sharing bonus
