The Village of Fox Point seeks an experienced, thoughtful, and strategic local government leader who brings deep knowledge of municipal operations and a steady, collaborative approach to governance.

• The Village Manager will be a strong communicator who keeps the Village Board well-informed, provides clear professional recommendations, and ensures transparency across all Village functions.
• This individual will be highly skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and long-range planning, with the ability to guide capital projects and organizational priorities with precision and foresight.
• They will be an engaged, visible leader who builds trust with residents, staff, elected officials, and community partners, and who represents the Village with professionalism and integrity.
• Above all, the ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to preserving Fox Point’s high quality of life through exceptional service delivery, responsive administration, and thoughtful stewardship of Village resources.

$160,000–$180,000 (DOE)

• Master’s degree in public administration, political science or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible municipal management experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years as a Village Manager or Administrator or Assistant Village Manager/Administrator.
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work.
