- Growing General Contractor! Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
We are seeking an experienced, driven and detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing self‑perform projects, utilizing project management tools such as Procore, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self‑perform space.
- Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple scopes of work and balancing daily multitasking.
- Solid understanding of change management, including plan updates, cost pricing, assembling change orders, and coordinating reviews with owners and subcontractors.
- Proficient in cost estimating and forecasting, including updating estimates with final plans, projecting costs, and analyzing profit margins.
- Knowledgeable in contract management, understanding the differences between contract types (such as subcontracts vs. MESAs) and writing clear, well‑defined subcontracts.
- Familiar with project billing processes, including preparing and reviewing owner pay applications and approving subcontractor pay apps accurately.
- Comprehensive understanding of project life cycles and timelines, from preconstruction through completion.
- Experience leading and participating in preconstruction activities, such as pre‑task, pre‑install, pre‑job planning, and financial planning meetings.
- Skilled in clearly defining scopes of work to reduce ambiguity and manage project expectations.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
