We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager located in Milwaukee, WI.

Leverage your strong people leadership, continuous improvement, and strategic and visionary skills to drive the overall success of our Milwaukee regional business. Cultivate relationships across functional teams, and achieve growth goals by being operationally excellent while maintaining strong profitability. Develop your annual business plan (short-term and long-term), work toward achieving sales, profitability, and income goals while managing the budget. Ensure the successful management of Milwaukee's mechanical and fire protection contract and service customers.

Directly oversee a team of managers and indirectly oversee a team of 65+ employees. Travel is minimal for this position. The General Manager will report directly to our Executive Vice President of Milwaukee, Madison and Controls.

The ideal candidate will have five-plus years of related experience in the construction/service industry with demonstrated management/leadership capabilities and sales acumen/experience. Ahern will help make the most of your Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business, construction, or engineering-related discipline) or equivalent work experience. You will also bring demonstrated profit and loss management knowledge. Exceptional ability to interact with customers and company management will be crucial.
