What You'll Be Doing:

• Project Leadership - Manage HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Client & Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Budget & Cost Control - Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Team Oversight - Lead project teams, mentor junior PMs, and collaborate with engineers and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Process Improvement - Identify and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 7+ Years of HVAC Project Management Experience - Leading commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
• Strong Leadership & Communication - Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
• Technical Expertise - Deep understanding of HVAC systems, construction methods, contracts, and project scheduling.
• Financial Acumen - Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring project profitability.
• Proven Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to navigate challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
