Program Manager
OverviewProgram Manager responsible for multi‑million dollar aircraft upgrade program, delivering products and system integration, with budget, timeline, and cross‑functional coordination.
Responsibilities- Manage daily execution of programs and proposals within contract requirements ensuring cost, schedule, technical, financial, and performance goals.
- Act as primary interface between external customers, suppliers/partners, internal teams; define business direction and manage strategic relationships.
- Lead integrated program teams for new, complex development products.
- Develop Statements of Work for outsourcing product development work packages.
- Participate as team leader on proposal activities, ensuring RFP requirements are met.
- Evaluate supplier proposals for pricing, capabilities, delivery on time and budget.
- Provide contractual interface, communication and coordination on existing contracts and bid & proposal activities.
- Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors to meet contractual, financial, technical, schedule requirements.
- Maintain technical and commercial marketing objectives and assure program completion within milestones.
- Plan, direct, maintain, and present project technical and financial status to executive team.

Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering degree

- Ability to articulate work experience and proven success managing timelines and budgets
- Defining requirements and pulling teams together to meet milestones
Contract position based in Milwaukee, WI.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $75.00 – $100.00/hr.
