Summary:
Serves as a strategic leader within Advanced Markets and provides direction, motivation, and development to teams that implement process and systems solutions to solve complex business challenges. Responsible to drive the operational and business objectives and performance.
This role will focus on Advanced Markets Operations (AMO) service strategy including but not limited to data strategy, TPA service strategy, self-serve strategy, etc.. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with both departmental and enterprise-wide data/service/etc. strategies is critical.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee a range of strategic leadership responsibilities, such as AMO service strategy development, service transformation, innovative thinking, communication, etc.. Ensure alignment to departmental and functional strategies, goals, and budgets.
