This position is located in the Milwaukee, WI area 53209. We also have openings in Brown Deer 53209, Glendale 53209.

• Competitive Compensation – targeted 1st‑year annual compensation of $51,300 with an average 45‑hour work week.

• Learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support for success in a hands‑on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to build essential relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while putting customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree required, or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Six months experience in sales, customer service, and/or management/leadership.
• Experience as a collegiate or professional athlete, or leadership in the military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on driving record within the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no need for work‑authorization sponsorship.
