VP of Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader for the role of Vice President of Construction. This pivotal position involves steering the operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance project outcomes. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of construction, including design, estimating, pre-construction, project management, production/shop, and field operations. Your leadership will be crucial in setting priorities, managing resources, and driving the financial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of directors and staff across various construction disciplines.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability throughout all construction phases.
• Manage resources and budgets to optimize project profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Proven expertise in themed, non-residential, or specialty construction is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive experience in estimating, contracts, project delivery, and field operations.
• Practical field construction experience, including hands-on project management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team development and individual mentorship.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
