The Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of all workers’ compensation claim intake, investigation, and reporting. This role will also support process improvement by leading system and workflow enhancements, providing ongoing maintenance, and delivering training as needed. In addition, the supervisor will prepare monthly analyses and reports. Success in this position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to professionalism, and the ability to represent our corporate culture through exceptional customer service.

- Bachelor’s Degree, 7+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree, preference to Risk Management or related field (preferred)
- Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) Certification (preferred)
