PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 – $74,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Lead and develop team members
- Coordinate and supervise activities of commissary team members
- Purchase, receive, and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices for all food and products
- Oversee product storage and rotation
- Manage product transfers and requisition forms to ensure tracking of products
- Produce inventory when instructed by accounting to optimize stock and minimize loss
- Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste
- Adhere to updated sanitation laws and requirements, ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed
- Research new products to stay ahead of trends
- Forecast orders for the upcoming season and special events
- Responsible for department payroll
- Operate a motor vehicle (Forklift) when necessary
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a commissary or warehouse environment
- Experience with inventory distribution and control, logistics, purchasing and sanitation procedures
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays
- Must be able to communicate at a high level and able to multi-task
- Must be able to obtain a Forklift certification and Serv Safe Food Manager
- Previous experience with Birchstreet purchasing/inventory system, desirable
- No college degree required
- Previous experience with inventory distribution and purchasing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general Windows-based applications
- Prior union experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
