District 50 is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial leader ready to build, scale, and lead a high-performance sales organization.
This is not a maintenance leadership role. This is for someone who wants to create something — to build a team, grow a book of business, and develop future leaders while operating with real autonomy and strong support.
The OpportunityAs Managing Director, you will build and lead your own sales organization while driving production and growth across your book of business. You will recruit and mentor top talent, create a culture of accountability, and lead from the front.

Base Salary: $65,000 – $95,000, based on experience and leadership background
Performance Bonus: Lucrative bonus structure tied to production, growth milestones, and overall team performance
