Lauber Community Partners is excited to conduct an exclusive search for the President & CEO at IMPACT, Inc. IMPACT is a private non‑profit organization serving Southeast Wisconsin since 1960 that helps individuals in crisis by guiding them to resources for stability. IMPACT collaborates with community partners to improve systems through programs such as IMPACT 211 and IMPACT Connect.

About the Role

The President & CEO provides strategic leadership, oversees all operations, and serves as the primary representative of IMPACT to community partners, civic leaders, and government officials. This role works closely with the Board of Directors to drive organizational strategy, financial health, program excellence, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of organizational strategy and multi‑year plans
  • Oversee budgeting, financial management, staffing, and operations
  • Build strong relationships with community, business, and government partners
  • Support and collaborate with the Board of Directors
  • Supervise Senior Management and foster high‑performing teams
  • Guide public policy initiatives and advocacy efforts
  • Ensure program effectiveness and compliance with confidentiality and PHI standards
  • Strengthen fundraising efforts and revenue growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred, in Public Policy, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field
  • 8+ years as an Executive Director, Senior Director, or similar nonprofit/public sector leader
  • Knowledge of family, health, and social service systems
  • Experience working with public and private sector partners
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement
