Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Milwaukee, WI. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various roofing and building envelope projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and team members, ensuring quality control through detailed inspections, expediting processes, and managing logistics. The role requires strong leadership to ensure project goals are met on time and maintain company standards.

There are also sales opportunities within the role to add sales commission.

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring timely project completion
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling and team coordination
• Competency in inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work on project sites and from home
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or experience in related roofing/construction fields
