Position Overview

We are seeking an Assurance Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to middle‑market clients while leading engagement teams and contributing to the growth of the assurance practice. This role combines technical expertise, client service leadership, and staff development, offering significant opportunities for upward career trajectory within a fast‑growing firm.

What You Will Do
  • Provide assurance and consulting services that positively impact client financial statements, profitability, and operations.
  • Engage proactively with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Implement testing procedures to assess internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Manage fieldwork to ensure high‑quality service and timely engagement delivery.
  • Offer financial statement guidance and meaningful business recommendations.
  • Review work thoughtfully and communicate insights to clients and firm leadership.
  • Assist with engagement staffing, billing, collections, and achieving profitability targets.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships using an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Invest in personal development and participate in firm‑wide learning programs.
  • Support the growth and development of team members through mentoring and coaching.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
    Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
  • CPA required.
  • 5+ years of public accounting audit experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of supervisory, mentoring, or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead engagements, deliver outstanding client service, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, ethical standards, and timely project completion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and professional software tools.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
