Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager

• Lead a team of quality and technical professionals.
• Execute and manage a customer warranty program.
• Oversee supplier quality programs, including supplier surveys, ASLs, and SCARS.
• Supervise the distribution quality team to ensure inspection and quality requirements are met.
• Lead annual AS9100 and AS9110 audits with registrars, scheduling audit times and addressing auditor questions.
• Manage an internal audit program, including scheduling, training, and executing audits across the organization while maintaining the CAR database.
• Lead the Accelerating Performance Excellence (APEX) continuous improvement program and 6S audits.
• Support site‑related activities as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience in quality management leadership.
• Schedule and budget management experience.
• Experience leading customer and AS9100/AS9110 audits.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing an internal audit program and associated CAR tracking and follow‑up.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Expertise in managing employee engagement and communications with leadership.
