- The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team
- They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations
- Review and monitor sales and service performances
- Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals
- Ability to communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to problem-solve in an educational and cooperative manner
