Canvass Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Canvass Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door marketing team for a fast-paced home improvement company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, enjoys coaching teams, and is passionate about generating high-quality leads through community outreach and neighborhood engagement.

• Train and manage a team of canvassers
• Develop daily and weekly canvassing strategies to maximize lead generation
• Motivate team members to meet and exceed performance goals
• Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
• Schedule territories and manage team logistics
• Track leads, appointments, and conversion rates accurately
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in the community

• Previous experience in canvassing, doortodoor sales, or lead generation preferred
• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
