$180,000 - $190,000 (DOE)

• Eligible for 20% Annual Bonus

Monday-Friday

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards
• Provide hands‑on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution

• 5+ years of Leadership experience required
• Track record of driving organizational turnaround or transformational change
• High‑performing leader with strong analytical and people‑management skills
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations (managing P&L)
