As a BA Manager (Contract‑to‑Hire), you will be part of the Business Analysis department supporting project delivery and operational excellence. What's the Job?

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Business Analysts to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Establish and promote business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between business stakeholders and IT leadership.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with proven leadership capabilities.
