Key Responsibilities

• Serves as the connective operational leader across project delivery, integrating preconstruction, project controls, field operations, quality, and continuous improvement into one unified, accountable delivery system spanning the full project lifecycle.
• Leads a company-wide delivery operating rhythm on behalf of executive leadership, including project health reviews, leading indicator dashboards, escalation protocols, and corrective-action follow-through.
• Partners with regional leadership to embed consistent delivery standards while preserving local accountability, with the authority to challenge assumptions, require recovery planning, and escalate unresolved risk.
• Builds organizational capability by attracting, developing, and retaining talent, and strengthening succession planning across the business.
• Shapes the long-term evolution of the delivery model, translating industry trends and internal performance data into practical improvements and modernized tools.
• Models organizational values and builds credibility that strengthens the company's reputation in the market.
• Understand and act on industry trends, local market and economic conditions, and the business model to make decisions and create competitive advantage.

Experience / Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 20+ years of construction project management experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Has held a senior leadership role within a construction company

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep knowledge of construction operations, field execution, project controls, preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, quality, safety, project financials, and closeout.
• Ability to interpret project performance data, identify leading indicators of delivery risk, and drive timely corrective action.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, margin protection, change management, contingency management, commercial risk, and client commitments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across regional, functional, peer group, and project-level teams without diluting local accountability.
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to distinguish isolated project issues from systemic delivery gaps.
• Ability to design and sustain operating rhythms, governance routines, escalation protocols, project health reviews, and performance dashboards.
• Skilled at translating enterprise standards into practical field adoption and measurable project outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions, align stakeholders, and drive decisions.
• Experience leading project recovery, root-cause analysis, lessons learned, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ability to balance standardization with regional flexibility and market-specific execution needs.
