Experienced Accounting Corporate controller in office Milwaukee HQ Perm career up to $120K + Bonus and benefits. Manage lead account Control.
Role- Accounting planning and direct for the Company.
- A key leadership role reporting to the CFO,
- Need strong technical accounting knowledge,
- Team Lead / manage a team.
- Lead all Accounting Department operations.
- Manages Accounting Manager and team
- Mentor and develop the accounting team.
- Establish Company accounting policies / procedures.
- month-end and year-end closing in compliance with GAAP
- Reporting:
Provides key financial analysis and management reporting - Cost allocation:
Ensure costs for the company's products and services are allocated appropriately; analyse variances - Analyse trends: work with business leaders executive team analyse trends.
- Monthly / Annual budgets: annual budget and monthly forecast, annual review.
- Compliance local, state, federal government regulations.
