BBYO is seeking a Senior Regional Director for the Wisconsin Region to grow membership, train teen leaders, and deepen support for BBYO’s Wisconsin community. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate large regional conventions while managing budgets and partnerships.
The role requires 5+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and the ability to travel regionally, including 2–3 weeks per summer for leadership programs. Milwaukee residency is expected.
