Our client, a global leader in automation and test & measurement solutions, is seeking a Regional Director / Product Line Leader to oversee its South Milwaukee area location. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a growing facility—driving operational performance, leading a multidisciplinary team, and expanding product and market reach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the location’s operations, including engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and business administration.
Direct proposal development, resource allocation, and project execution for complex, custom automation systems.
Expand the reach and impact of assigned product lines across North America and support the U.S. integration of European brands.
Build and mentor a high-performing team, align staffing with business goals, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Partner with divisional leadership to align initiatives, participate in executive-level planning, and ensure operational goals are met.
Own P&L performance for the location and product line; support revenue growth and cost management initiatives.
