The Director of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's global environmental, health, and safety programs. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing organizational risk, advancing a culture of zero injuries, and driving environmental stewardship across all operating segments.

The Director partners with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, field service, human resources, and executive leadership teams to establish world-class EHS systems, improve safety performance, and integrate EHS principles into business operations. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader capable of influencing organizational culture, driving accountability, and ensuring sustainable compliance and operational excellence.
** Key Responsibilities
** Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute the global EHS strategy aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
* Establish enterprise-wide EHS goals, performance metrics, and accountability processes.
* Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on EHS risks, regulatory changes, and emerging compliance requirements.

Environmental Compliance & Sustainability
* Direct global environmental compliance programs, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, local, and international regulations.
* Monitor existing and proposed environmental regulations and assess their impact on company operations.
* Drive waste minimization, recycling, resource conservation, and pollution prevention initiatives.

Health & Safety Leadership
* Lead the development and deployment of a global EHS management system designed to eliminate injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.
