- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance processes, and implement technology solutions.
- Partner with firm leadership on budgeting, pricing strategies, and practice growth initiatives.
- Drive business development efforts through client expansion, referrals, and new relationships.
- Monitor department performance metrics, profitability, and engagement success across the practice.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and Client Advisory Services.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Proven track record of growing and managing a successful CAS practice.
- CPA designation highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll tax compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
