Job DescriptionSupervises Emergency Assistance (EA) program operations.
Emergency Assistance (EA) Program Oversight
- Supervise EA program operations and staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of EA applications for families in crisis.
- Monitor program performance and compliance with EA guidelines.
- Associate's degree in public administration, Human Services, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, training, or technical support.
- Proficiency in CARES, WWP, and other state systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience with W-2 and Emergency Assistance programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with local workforce development and public assistance programs.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus.
