The Enterprise Change and Training Design Lead is responsible for the learning and change infrastructure that ensures the organization is ready, willing, and able to adopt the new ways of working. This role designs the enterprise-wide change and training curriculum, translates role redesigns into learning programs, and ensures training is delivered at the pace of technology change.

The Work:
• Design and oversee the enterprise-wide change and training curriculum for the transformation program
• Define the communications strategy across the enterprise — ensuring all levels of the organization understand why, what, and how work is changing
• Translate role redesigns and process blueprint changes into practical, accessible learning programs delivered at the pace of AI deployment
• Coordinate training delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release to ensure readiness before go-live
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption signals — adjust curriculum based on data, not assumptions
• Build reusable change and training assets that can be applied across transformation programs

Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience across the following areas:

Instructional design, enterprise learning curriculum development, or organizational change management

Designing and deploying training programs for large-scale technology or AI-enabled transformation programs

Measuring adoption and training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement AI-enabled learning tools, digital training delivery platforms, and learning management systems

Bonus Points:

Experience using AI-generated content tools to accelerate training curriculum development and personalization

Background in Life Sciences regulatory or compliance training programs

Experience collaborating across change management, process design, and technology implementation teams

Certification in instructional design (ATD, CPTD, or equivalent) or change management (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
Track record designing role-based training for AI-enabled workflows across multiple business functions

Experience with enterprise learning platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent)
