Position Overview
As the Director / General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team focused on acquiring new home care clients, recruiting and retaining caregivers, optimizing scheduling, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position reports directly to the company President.
Key responsibilities include:- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales, service-growth, and profitability targets.
- Building, developing, and leading a high-performing team.
- Coaching team members, managing performance, and creating a culture of accountability.
- Driving business development efforts and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Supporting various operational functions when needed to maintain service excellence.
- Managing labor and operating expenses to achieve budget and profitability goals.
- Assisting with the development of annual budgets, pricing strategies, and growth plans based on market conditions and business performance.
This position includes a competitive monthly bonus program based on profitability and service growth. Previous healthcare or home care experience is preferred but not required.

- Minimum of five years of sales and management experience, preferably in business operations or a service-based industry (i.e. retail).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals, grow revenue, and drive profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, developing, and holding team members accountable.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic pricing, budgeting, and growth plans.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to older adults and their families.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year
