Job Title:
Flow Controls Specialist
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour
We are looking for a Flow Controls Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on assembling, fabricating, and installing components for water tanks and flow control systems. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Install internal part assemblies inside water tanks
- Cut and thread PVC, brass, stainless steel, and other materials
- Bore and turn materials as needed
- Skid bags of media and assemble fittings and valves
- Run plastic tubing to control panels
- Perform basic fabrication and cleaning tasks
- Operate hydraulic and arbor presses
- Use hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, center punches, clamps, miter saws, and routers
- Follow blueprints and measurements accurately
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively
- Willingness to learn basic machine skills (manual lathe, milling)
- Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math with fractions (to 1/16
