Job Description At ASEM, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented
** Planner
* * to join our team to ensure efficient, timely production flow that meets company quality standards.

* Ensure efficient and timely production planning aligned with customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
* Production Scheduling:
Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production plans based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
* Resource Optimization:
Allocate machinery, labor, and time effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
* KPI Monitoring:
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, lead time, on-time delivery, and scrap rates.
* Issue Management:
Re-plan and adjust schedules in response to equipment failures, supplier delays, or urgent order changes.
* Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and adherence to deadlines;
* Optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

* Role Requirements:

*** We are looking for people used to working in teams, with an analytical approach, problem-solving skills, and qualitative work management;
* Precision, data analysis skills, and reporting abilities;
* Ability to estimate timelines, identify critical issues, understand, and apply priorities;
* Good knowledge of the English language;
* Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar);
* Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years);
* Knowledge of SAP;
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
