What You’ll Do- Set up and operate CNC machines, including Haas vertical/horizontal mills, turning centers, and G&L boring bars
- Program using G&M code and Mastercam
- Select tooling and build efficient machining processes
- Hold tight tolerances (±0.005") with precision inspections
- Collaborate with a talented team to elevate quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first work area
- Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM - Enjoy a built-in 3-day weekend—every week!

Competitive, based on experience
- 2–3 years of CNC machining experience
- Knowledge of G&M code and CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading & GD&T interpretation skills
- Solid understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining fundamentals
- Excellent measurement and inspection abilities
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Journeyman or 2-year technical degree (preferred)
- Strong math skills (geometry & trigonometry)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks
- 4-day workweek = more life, less grind
