Under the direction of the Aggregate Manager, the Aggregate Site Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day operations associated with safety leadership, quarry management, aggregate production, scheduling, and direct personnel management. Additionally, directs and coordinates activities related to the mining and production of aggregate for internal asphalt plants and construction markets. This role requires leadership in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Provide leadership and be a safety role model by displaying, promoting, and enforcing safe work behaviors.
• Actively participate in field‑related safety activities.
• Work with Safety Managers, Aggregate Managers, Field Personnel, and subcontractors to enforce MSHA laws and regulations and promote safety throughout the organization.

• Work with Site Foreman, Production Lead, and Quality Control Personnel in scheduling material testing and maintaining product specifications during production.
• Consistently monitor test results to ensure materials meet specifications to avoid reprocessing of materials, penalties, and project delays.
• Assist in perpetual review, improvement, and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.

• Work with all manufacturing departments to ensure materials meet specifications and delivery time frames.
• Work with Foreman and Production Lead in the day‑to‑day operations of aggregate production, including crushing and washing.
