Skilled Food Manufacturing Operator

Parallel Employment Group is looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Skilled Food Manufacturing Operators. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring food production machinery to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and adhere to the highest quality standards. • Operate various food manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in preparing ingredients and packaging finished products.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in food production.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisory staff promptly.

Schedule: Shift times may vary; flexibility is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
