Forklift Operator

Position Title: Forklift Operator

Wage: $19/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2pm

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations for a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is an associate-to-hire opportunity.

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Move raw materials and finished goods to designated areas
• Supply production lines with materials as needed
• Accurately scan, label, and track inventory
• Inspect forklift daily and report any maintenance concerns
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Previous forklift experience
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
• Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility conditions
