This Maintenance Technician role supports manufacturing operations onsite in Milwaukee, WI. The technician maintains equipment through preventive measures and troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical devices, supporting production personnel.

• Diagnose, repair, and install machine components – 40%
• Perform planned preventative maintenance – 30%
• Maintain part inventory and conduct regular lubrication and mechanical maintenance on building, foundry, machining, polishing, plating, injection molding, and other equipment – 20%
• Work with contractors and plant support staffing to maintain schedule adherence for new systems and OEM updates; collaborate with Engineering to develop new systems and machinery – 10%
• All other duties as assigned

• Required:
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  
  • Coursework toward Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic Technology or two years of work experience
  
  • Industrial equipment repair exposure within a manufacturing environment
  
  • Experience and/or training with Microsoft Office
• Preferred:
  
  • Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Studies
  
  • PLC/automation exposure
