Location: Milwaukee, WI 53223
Duration: 1 year contract
Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or individuals looking to build manufacturing experience. The position focuses on operating light industrial equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting production processes in a controlled environment.

• Entry-level access to manufacturing careers (no experience required).

• Hands‑on machine exposure builds transferable skills for higher‑paying production roles.

• Operate light‑duty bench or floor machine tools such as lathes, mills, drills, punch presses, shears, or saws.
• Set up machines, make basic adjustments, and perform minor maintenance.
• Measure and inspect parts using gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure close tolerances.
• Monitor production quality using statistical process control or other quality procedures.
• Follow production systems, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
• No prior experience required (entry-level opportunity).
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work consistently in a production setting.
