Manufacturing Technician/ Packaging Operator

St. Louis, MO

3rd shift - Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs (10 hour shifts) 10pm – 8:30am the next day. (4 x 10)

Training will be on first shift for 2-3 months. Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm.

$23.00/hour + 10% shift differential

1 year (Temp to Perm)

will be conducted onsite.

Must be clean shaved

• Clean Out of Place (COP) and Clean In Place (CIP) systems.
• Kaps All Torquer and label line equipment.
• Execute hand torque and torque testing.
• Perform packaging operations for bags and bottles.
• CIP Bag Fill Line operations.
• Pull bottles from inventory and pass through to Class 100 cleanroom.
• Routine and phenolic cleaning of rooms.
• Manual cleaning of small parts.
• Proper waste disposal.
• Execute batch records in SAP (e ).
• Maintain and update all applicable logbooks and documentation.
• Communicate production status and report deviations to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety policies and production procedures.
• Use, clean, and store personal protective equipment appropriately.
• Label all in-process equipment and containers properly.
• Take necessary action to address unsafe conditions.
• Maintain good housekeeping in manufacturing and working areas.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
