As a Nexthink SME, you will be part of the IT support team supporting performance monitoring and system optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide expert support and management of the Nexthink suite, including Workspace Analytics and Cloud components.

+ Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Nexthink with other systems and tools for enhanced performance monitoring.

+ Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using Power Shell scripting and automation frameworks.

+ Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring consistency and scalability.

+ Document configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions to maintain comprehensive records.

** What's Needed?*
* + Deep knowledge of Nexthink suite, including Nexthink Workspace Analytics and related components.

+

Experience with security best practices in system administration.

+ Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation frameworks.

+ Strong skills in Windows Server and desktop operating systems administration.

+ Solid SQL skills for database management and data analysis.
