Shipping Lead

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing the shipment department at Pack Logix
• Responsible for the complete and accurate shipping of all product
  • Comparing freight rates, scheduling and booking of all outbound shipments
  • Create Bill of Ladings with proper dimensions, weights and Shipping Class
  • Ability to navigate customer portals for scheduling shipments
• Receiving Purchase Orders into Visual and WMS with provided documentation
• Verifying FIFO on all incoming and outbound material
• Monitoring scrap, waste and recycling; scheduling disposal
• Communicating missed shipments and late purchase orders to management
• Organizing warehouse transfers of raw materials or finished goods.
• Verify inventory between physical counts, Visual and WMS
