Casting Finishing Relief Operator - West End SK2 SH2
Location:
Onsite – Kohler, WI
Competitive Compensation: $25.60 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential. Overtime is available, and occasional mandatory overtime may be required.
Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:00PM – 9:00PM, plus overtime.
Responsibilities- Must be PIV Certified, LOTO Certified, and trained in inventory scanning.
- Perform all job functions on the west end casting finishing.
- Follow quality standards and use process sheets; conduct visual inspection of ware, gauging, read and interpret prints; operate automatic blast machines, robotic grind cells, bench and wheel grind, no grind, final/Brinel inspection, WIP trucking, and other tasks as assigned.

- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Preferred: 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
- Physical capability to perform essential duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
- Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
- Reliability: consistent attendance and work performance.
- Safety compliance: follow all safety policies and procedures.
