Location:

Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: $25.60 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential. Overtime is available, and occasional mandatory overtime may be required.

Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:00PM – 9:00PM, plus overtime.

• Must be PIV Certified, LOTO Certified, and trained in inventory scanning.
• Perform all job functions on the west end casting finishing.
• Follow quality standards and use process sheets; conduct visual inspection of ware, gauging, read and interpret prints; operate automatic blast machines, robotic grind cells, bench and wheel grind, no grind, final/Brinel inspection, WIP trucking, and other tasks as assigned.

• Must be able to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred: 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
• Physical capability to perform essential duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
• Reliability: consistent attendance and work performance.
• Safety compliance: follow all safety policies and procedures.
