Manufacturing Supervisor

We are working with a growing manufacturer located just west of the Milwaukee metro area, launching a new second shift. We are seeking a 2nd-Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead this shift. The role reports directly to the Plant Manager and serves as the primary leadership presence on-site at night, offering high visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

• Four-day work weeks:

  Schedule:
  
  Monday-Thursday, 3:00 pm - 1:00 am.
• Leadership & Impact:
  Manage a team of 10–15 employees, oversee all shift operations, quality checks, and workflow across production lines. Your decisions will be valued and impactful.
• Competitive Compensation & Bonuses:
  Base salary ranging from $70K to $85K, with a profit-sharing bonus typically between $7K and $15K. Additionally, participate in a lucrative ESOP program, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and PTO. The company values initiative and growth.
