SITE Staffing Inc. is looking for a Robotic Polishing Cell Operator (PLC Experience) for the 2nd shift in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This hands-on role will support automated manufacturing processes by operating and maintaining robotic polishing cells.
Ideal candidates should have 3–5+ years in manufacturing and be familiar with PLC-controlled equipment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, monitoring robotic equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards are met.
