Weekend Operations Supervisor
Our client is a global manufacturer and technology leader serving industrial, automation, motion control, and power systems markets worldwide. They are continuing large‑scale investments into their southeastern Wisconsin operations, including the development of a large‑scale advanced manufacturing campus in Franklin.
This is a hands‑on production leadership role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the ability to directly influence culture, accountability, and operational performance on a critical weekend shift operation.
OpportunityThe Weekend Operations Supervisor will lead a team of approximately 12‑15 associates within a complex assembly and engineered‑to‑order manufacturing environment, with anticipated growth to 20+ employees over time.
Direct Responsibilities- Daily production execution
- Team leadership and accountability
- Safety and quality performance
- Floor support and issue resolution
- Training and employee development
- Shift communication and operational continuity
- Friday / Saturday / Sunday
- Production hours approximately 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Supervisor hours approximately 4:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
- Highly visible leadership role with real ownership

- 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory or production leadership experience
- Prior experience leading teams in assembly or engineered manufacturing environments
- Strong floor leadership presence and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable operating independently during off‑shift/weekend operations
- Positive leadership style with the ability to stabilize and motivate teams
- Union manufacturing experience
- Mechanical and/or electrical assembly exposure
- Experience supervising teams of 15‑20+ employees
- Lean / continuous improvement exposure
- Target base salary in the $80K–$85K range
- Bonus eligible
