Looking for a hands‑on job where you can learn new skills, work with a great team, and build products that make a difference? MPE is hiring General Labor Helpers to support our Assembly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing with a company that values training, teamwork, and growth.
As a General Labor Helper, you will assist with a variety of assembly and production tasks in a clean, team‑oriented manufacturing environment. No manufacturing experience is required—we will train the right candidate.
Shifts Available:
1 st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, overtime as required.
Pay rate $18-20/hour
What You'll Do- Assist assemblers with preparing materials and components for production
- Package, label, and move finished products
- Perform basic assembly and production support tasks
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use hand tools and basic measuring devices as needed
- Support other departments and production activities as assigned
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
- Stable work history with a record of dependability and commitment
