Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and finishing services, is seeking a 1st Shift Powder Coater @ West BLDG to join their team. As a 1st Shift Powder Coater @ West BLDG, you will be part of the Powder Coating department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Powder Coater @ West BLDG

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

• Set up and operate equipment and machinery for powder coating processes, including hanging, masking, shot blasting, and passivation
• Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
• Participate in job rotation with team members to support production needs
• Engage in 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment

• 2-3 years of painting or finishing experience
• Ability to lift repetitively up to 50 lbs to head level
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
