This is a full-time on-site role for an IoT Production Engineer, based in Milwaukee, WI. The IoT Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes, creating production plans, ensuring quality control, and identifying process improvements. The role involves analyzing production data, diagnosing technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications- Expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning, with the ability to manage and streamline production processes effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices to ensure the highest standards in production output.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration across departments and reporting on production metrics and strategies.
- Familiarity with IoT systems and an understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI, and willingness to engage hands-on with production operations.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
